Battle Weekend

This weekend a PVP event will take place. All pvp rates will be doubled. Arena_MaxRatingDifference is currently set up to 300. (The maximum rating difference between teams that play against each other in arenas is currently set to 300.) I hope you will enjoy it! Post suggestions for other events into our forums.

Update to 3.2.2a!

Server update was successful. In order to log into our server you must update your game clients to 3.2.2a build 10505 and change your realmlist to:

set realmlist logon.4vendeta.com
set patchlist logon.4vendeta.com

Server Updates

Server was updated with lot fixes and corrections. Please delete your cache folder to be able to see all changes.

Question: What is your Cache folder?

Answer: It's were all of the data is stored for your client. The default directory for this is: C:/ProgramFiles/World of Warcraft/Cache/

Question: Now that we know what it is, why is it important to delete it?

Answer: If you play WoW, anything you interact with is stored in the Cache folder. NPC Data, items, spells, etc. Whenever we make changes, you must clear this or else your old data is still "stored" and it will show up wrong.

This should be done with players. Why? You might have different data stored on your client. So obviously, it's a good thing to do this regularly if we're making any changes to the database, playing, updating or even changing addons.

So it goes without saying, please make sure your cache is clean before reporting bugs! You may still be retaining old cached data and making false reports.
